Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about exporting Zillow listings to Google Sheets with Listing2Sheets.
Product & Setup
Listing2Sheets captures over 50 data fields from each Zillow listing, including address, price, beds, baths, square footage, lot size, year built, property type, listing status, Zestimate, rent estimate, HOA fees, tax assessments, price per sqft, annual taxes, up to 5 nearby school ratings, full price and tax history, MLS ID, days on market, listing agent details, and property features like parking, heating, cooling, and appliances.
Listing2Sheets works on two types of Zillow pages. On individual property listing pages (e.g., zillow.com/homedetails/...), it captures 50+ data fields and lets you export with one click. On Zillow search results pages, it automatically captures all visible listings so you can select and bulk export them in a single action. It does not extract data from Zillow map views.
Yes. Listing2Sheets uses Google's official OAuth 2.0 flow to authorize access to your Google Sheets. We only request the minimum permissions needed — the ability to write to spreadsheets. Your Google credentials are never stored on our servers. Access tokens are encrypted at rest using ASP.NET Core Data Protection, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.
Yes. You can specify any Google Sheet you have edit access to by entering its Sheet ID in the extension. You can change the target sheet at any time — there's no limit on how many different spreadsheets you export to.
Currently, Listing2Sheets is a Chrome extension and works in Google Chrome and Chromium-based browsers like Microsoft Edge and Brave. Support for Firefox and Safari is not available at this time.
Visit the Chrome Web Store, search for "Listing2Sheets" or use the direct link from our website, and click "Add to Chrome." The extension installs in seconds. After installing, click the extension icon in your browser toolbar to sign in and link your Google account.
Yes. When you navigate to a Zillow search results page, the extension automatically detects and captures all the listings shown on that page. A panel lets you select which listings you want and export them all to your Google Sheet in a single click. This feature is available on all plans, including free.
The single listing export works on an individual property detail page and exports one property at a time with full detail. The bulk search export works on Zillow search results pages and lets you capture and export many listings at once. Both features write to the same Google Sheets format and support the same column mapping profiles.
The search export captures: listing URL, street address, city, state, ZIP code, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, living area (sq ft), lot size (sq ft), year built, home type, price per sq ft, Zestimate, HOA fee, days on Zillow, home status, listing agent name, agent phone number, and MLS ID.
Yes. The panel shows all the listings captured from the current search page with a checkbox next to each one. You can select all, deselect all, or pick individual properties before clicking Export.
No. The search export panel has its own profile system. You can save your preferred column mapping and destination sheet as a named profile, then load it anytime. Profiles are stored locally in your browser.
The extension exports all listings that Zillow loads on the current search page. Zillow typically shows around 40 listings per page. To export more, navigate to the next search page and export again.
No. Each export appends new rows to your sheet based on your column mapping. Existing data in your sheet is not modified.
Yes — the bulk search export is available on all plans, including the free tier. Every user can navigate to a Zillow search results page, select listings from the panel, and export them to Google Sheets.
Pricing & Billing
Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Each time you click to send data to Google Sheets counts as one export — whether you're sending a single listing or a bulk selection of many listings. Viewing listings on Zillow without exporting does not count.
The Free plan gives you 100 exports per month with no credit card required — a good way to test the product before upgrading.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Paddle, a trusted Merchant of Record used by thousands of SaaS companies worldwide.
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate — roughly 2 months free compared to paying monthly. Your export limits still reset every calendar month. You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your profile at any time.
