Install the Chrome Extension

Create an Account & Link Google Sheets
Create a free account on listing2sheets.com. You'll need a username, email, and password — the signup takes under 30 seconds.
Once registered, click the Listing2Sheets extension icon in your browser and sign in. Then click "Link Google Account" to authorize Google Sheets access. We use Google's official OAuth 2.0 flow and only request permission to write to your spreadsheets — nothing more.
Your Google credentials are never stored on our servers. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, and you can revoke Listing2Sheets' access anytime from your Google account settings.
Open Any Zillow Listing
Navigate to any individual property listing page on zillow.com. Listing2Sheets automatically detects the page and reads over 50 data fields from the listing, including price, beds, baths, square footage, lot size, year built, Zestimate, school ratings, tax history, and agent information.
A small Listing2Sheets panel appears on the page, showing the extracted data and your export controls. No manual copying, no inspecting page source — the extension handles the data extraction for you.

Map Fields & Export to Google Sheets
Click the gear icon in the Listing2Sheets panel to configure your column mapping. Choose which Zillow data fields go into which columns of your Google Sheet — address in column A, price in column B, beds in column C, and so on. You have full control over the layout.
Once your mapping is set, hit "Send to Sheets." The data is written directly to your Google Sheet in real time. Your column mapping is saved, so the next listing you export follows the same layout automatically.
