Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all refund requests.

14-Day Refund Window

If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. Refund requests made after the 14-day period will not be honored.

Subscription Renewals

Refunds apply only to the first billing cycle. Subsequent renewal charges are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings to prevent future charges.

EU & UK Consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This right is managed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. Please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms for details.
