1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Listing2Sheets ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

Listing2Sheets is a Chrome browser extension and web service that enables users to export Zillow property listings to Google Sheets. The Service provides tools for searching, filtering, and exporting property listing data into structured spreadsheet format for personal or business use.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Payment

Listing2Sheets offers both free and paid subscription plans. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and authorize recurring charges for the subscription period you select. Paddle handles all payment processing, billing, invoicing, and sales tax/VAT compliance. Prices may change with reasonable notice. You, not Google, are purchasing the Service from Listing2Sheets (via Paddle).

Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price until you cancel. You will be charged for each renewal period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

How to Cancel: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time by switching to the free plan in your account settings on listing2sheets.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until that date, and no further charges will be made.

5. Free Trial & Refund Policy

We encourage you to take advantage of the free plan to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date by contacting us at [email protected] or through Paddle's buyer support. Refund requests made after the 14-day period will not be honored. For recurring subscriptions, refunds apply only to the first billing cycle. Subsequent renewal charges are non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time by switching to the free plan in your account settings to prevent future charges. All refund requests are processed through Paddle. Before downloading or accessing paid content, please confirm that you are aware of this 14-day refund window. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as described in Paddle's Buyer Terms.

6. Google Account Authorization

To export data to Google Sheets, you must authorize Listing2Sheets to access your Google Sheets via OAuth 2.0. By granting this authorization, you allow the Service to create and write data to spreadsheets in your Google account. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access will prevent the Service from exporting data to your Google Sheets but will not affect data already exported. We access only the Google Sheets API scope necessary to provide the Service and do not access any other Google account data. 7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Listing2Sheets only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not: use the Service to excessively scrape or overload zillow.com or any other website; resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit data obtained through the Service without proper authorization; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or the terms of service of zillow.com; share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.

8. Intellectual Property

The Listing2Sheets service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by Listing2Sheets and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the data you export using the Service. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights to the Service itself. The property listing data sourced from Zillow remains subject to Zillow's own terms and conditions.

9. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep Listing2Sheets available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any service interruptions, including those caused by maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listing2Sheets and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us at [email protected].

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
